Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on March 21, 2018 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Hastings, NE

Public Notes:
Project consists of a one-story Program Building and two one-story Housing Units. All buildings will be slab-on-grade, wood-framed structures. The Program Building provides spaces for education, treatment, and dining services. Each Housing Unit accommodates twelve bedrooms, restrooms, laundry, commons space, kitchenette, an exercise room, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of the proposed contract documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co. for a refundable deposit check of $100.00 made payable to: NE State Building Division.

Plans must be returned in "like new" condition to A&D Technical Supply no later than 30 days after the bid date or the deposit will be forfeited.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $30 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $25 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
