Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Geneva Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center Fire Alarm Panels Burroughs Sandoz & Sacajawea will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, 08-22-2017 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Addendum #1 has changed the bid date from Aug 22 to Sept 05 of 2017 at 2pm.

Public Notes:
This project consists of the demolition and re.placement of the existing fire alarm system for the Youth Rehab and Treatment Center (YRTC) located at 855 North 1st Street, Geneva, NE 68361.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N. Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Nebraska Building Division.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor / subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications and addenda in good condition within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Plans are to be returned to A&D Technical Supply.
