The Work of this Contract comprises the Exterior Restoration Operations of the Nebraska State Patrol Troop "C" building located at 3431 West Potash Highway, Grand Island, Nebraska in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set payable to Nebraska State Building Division.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening. Plans are to be returned to A & D Technical Supply Lincoln, Nebraska.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
