Bid Info:   Ferguson Mansion Porch Renovation, Lincoln, Nebraska, June 1, 2017 Bids will be received at the AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St, Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska on June 1st until 2:00 PM. Central Time, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The work consists of restoration of the east porch of the Ferguson Mansion and restoration of the Carriage House windows and masonry. The porch was originally constructed as an open porch which was later filled in with bi-fold windows, and double doors on the first level. The open trellis over the upper level porch was enclosure with windows and a flat roof.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N. Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Nebraska Building Division.

Electronic Download is available for a $15.00 non-refundable fee.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor / subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications and addenda in good condition within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Plans are to be returned to A&D Technical Supply.
