St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on May 16, 2017 and will then be publicly
opened and read aloud.

The Base Bid Work consists of remodeling three existing 135 SF restrooms, two in the existing Sandoz Cottage
(East Wing and West wing) and one in the existing Burroughs Cottage (East Wing). Alternate No. 1 Work
consists of remodeling two existing 50 SF restrooms in the existing Burroughs Cottage (West Wing). The Work
will include general demolition of the exiting finishes and fixtures, and new metal stud/GWB wall construction,
interior finishes, toilet accessories, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The successful bidder will be
charged with coordinating the work performed by the Owner and the work of others. The Bid is based upon labor,
materials, products, systems, equipment and other items required to complete the Work. The successful bidder
shall also include in their bid all cost(s) of obtaining and paying of all fees (including impact fees) and charges
associated with all permits or licenses required to complete the Project.
Work for fire alarm equipment upgrades will be performed by others under a separate contract

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N. Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to Nebraska Building Division.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The deposit will be
returned to the contractor / subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications and
addenda in good condition within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Plans are to
be returned to A&D Technical Supply.
