Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located in the 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on April 25 , 2017 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Geneva, NE

Public Notes:
The project is the total tear off and re-roof of an existing one-story kitchen/dining hall of approximately 6,000 square feet. The work also includes new collection boxes, downspouts, roof access ladder, modified roof curbs for existing roof top mechanical units and replacement of clerestory windows with replacement windows, new flashing and trim, the clean-up and painting of existing louvers with new screens and the replacement of existing filler panels with new aluminum panels.
