Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Nebraska Veteran’s Home Norfolk, NE. Kitchen Makeup Modifications will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located in the 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on April 11, 2017 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
This project consists of modifying existing HVAC system for the Northeast Nebraska Veteran's Home in Norfolk, NE. The work includes but is not limited to piping, insulation, duct work, and electrical work. See bid documents for more details.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a 50.00 deposit per set (payable to A & D Tech)
The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00.
