Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Lincoln Regional Center, Tunnel Repair – Phase 2 will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located in the 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on February 7, 2017 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Scope of work: The Contractor shall furnish all materials and fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents of Article 5. The Contractor shall, in a professional and diligent manner, do everything required in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a 50.00 deposit per set (payable to A & D Tech)
The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $15.00.
