The scope of the work for this project includes the demolition and renovation of an
existing office building across two floor levels. Some of the space is vacant and already
partially demolished, while some is currently occupied. There will be structural,
architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression work on this job, and
will include new finish work. The scope of work also includes some exterior grade work,
new fencing, and a new outbuilding to house vehicles.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the Owner.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
