Public Notes:
Description of Project: Removal of existing multi-zone air handling unit and exterior fluid cooler, piping, controls, and associated electrical work. Project will include installation of new multi-zone air handling unit, air-cooled condensing unit, refrigerant piping, limited steam and condensate piping, and controls. Project will include re-piping steam coil at existing second level air handling unit and duct cleaning at supply air ducts serving building to the north for which replacement air handling unit serves.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good conditions within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
