Description of Project: Removal of existing multi-zone air handling unit and exterior fluid cooler, piping,
controls, and associated electrical work. Project will include installation of new multi-zone air handling unit,
air-cooled condensing unit, refrigerant piping, limited steam and condensate piping, and controls. Project
will include re-piping steam coil at existing second level air handling unit and duct cleaning at supply air
ducts serving building to the north for which replacement air handling unit serves.

Bidding documents will be released upon receipt of a $50.00 deposit, checks payable to A&D Technical Supply
If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good conditions within 30 calendar
days after the date of the bid opening.
