Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located in the 1526 K Building, 1526 K Street, Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on August 13, 2019 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The replacement of the roof, extension of existing parapet, cleaning and repair of exterior concrete brick, repair and repointing of masonry joints, application of sealant to masonry, regrading adjacent to building, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
The said Documents have been prepared by Innerspace Studios and may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply 1822 N Street Lincoln NE with $25 deposit.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
