Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:30 P.M. (Local Time) on July 25, 2019 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Administration Building 5
The abatement project is to remove all ACM from Administration Building 5 interior, doors and windows and excludes the roof from this contract. Coordination is needed for the removal of the exterior doors and windows with the assigned General Contractor. The abatement contractor shall remove exterior doors and windows and the General Contractor will install temporary coverings.

Chapel Building 6 The abatement project is limited in Building 6 to asbestos impacted by specific renovations. This includes the strip removal of TSI in room 001, 002, 003 and ACM located in rooms 101, 102, 103 and 106 as depicted on the attached maps. Additional asbestos materials are located at the building in areas that are not in the scope of work for removal. No exterior work is planned.
