PreBid Info:   There will be a pre-bid walk-thru at the Beatrice State Developmental Center for the Fire Protection Systems For Carstens Center on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM (Central Time). Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Contractors to meet at the front entrance of the building.

Bid Info:   Bids will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on June 13, 2019, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud. The Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held at the site on May 29, 2019, 10:00 AM.

Public Notes:
Description of Project: Removal of existing fire alarm system and installation of new fire sprinkler and fire alarm system to serve entire BSDC Carsten’s Activity Center building. Project includes providing a new fire water service to the building extended from the nearest existing BSDC campus water main.



Job Purchase Information:
The said Documents have been prepared by Branch Pattern, and may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply with a $50.00 refundable deposit

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
