Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract mainly comprises the replacement of the existing exterior windows and doors, with modifications to three existing interior door to accommodate egress requirements at the Geneva Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center, Buildings A, B, and C in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $15.00 refundable deposit per set payable to A&D Technical Supply

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $12.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $15.
